 MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS 
Anne Marie Archer, The AntiHR™ HR Lady, is a recovering attorney, a former Operations & Human Resources Executive and discriminatory hostile toxic job survivor.

She created an employee focused HR consulting practice to even the employment playing field and teach employees about their rights and how to assert those rights in the workplace.. She spent over 20 years in the nonprofit sector directing, managing and overseeing Human Resources.

After successfully negotiating her way out of several discriminatory hostile toxic workplaces, she now teaches others how to do the same.

Dr. Kimani Norrington-Sands (“Dr. Kimani”) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist AND Toxic Job Survivor.  As a Toxic Job Survivor, Dr. Kimani knows what it is like to be in a toxic job that you want to leave but feel stuck due to fear. Due to those fears, Dr. Kimani stayed at a toxic job that was LITERALLY killing her physically, mentally, and spiritually WAY past the expiration date. In fact, it took her over 3 YEARS to confront her fears, start her healing journey, and develop an exit plan so that she could pivot and leave.

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience working with Black Women and as survivor of a toxic job, Dr. Kimani has made it her life’s mission to help support the healing of Black Women from toxic jobs by helping them connect to their  own inner Harriet.  

Both Dr. Kimani and Anne Marie are hostile toxic job survivors and through this Masterclass they will teach you not only how to recognize the signs of a discriminatory hostile toxic job, but how to channel your own inner Harriet to escape with your sanity and coins.

Most importantly you will also learn how to heal from your experience in a hostile toxic job after your escape.
